What currency are your prices in?
We are based in Australia so our default currency is AUD, however we accept orders worldwide.

You can use the currency converter on the bottom of your browser to check the price of items in a different currency if required. 

Please note that at checkout the total amount will revert back to AUD, so please do not be alarmed if you see a different amount when completing your order.

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Once it has been processed your order will be shipped immediately.

How quickly are orders delivered after shipment?
In order to keep the cost of postage free for our customers, our fulfillment centers will send item/s our via standard post.
Here is an estimate of the delivery times:

United States: 12-28 business days
Australia: 12-28 business days
Canada: 20-40 business days
United Kingdom: 20-40 business days
New Zealand: 30-50 business days
Everywhere else: 30-60 business days

These delivery times are just estimates. We will do our best to meet them but it cannot be guaranteed as external factors can delay delivery.

Where will my item/s be sent from?
In order to save time and postage costs for you, all items are sent from one of our fulfillment centers located in either Asia, USA or the UK.

As soon as items are available they will be shipped out immediately, this means that if you have purchased multiple products, you may receive them in separate packages.

Will my order be tracked?
Majority of orders will be shipped with a tracking number. 

However depending on your location and/or item/s that you purchase, standard postage without tracking may be used.

What happens if I haven't received my item yet?
Please note that customs, weather, incomplete/incorrect addresses etc can lead to further delays.

Please be advised that International air mail delivery can really vary in its time to reach the destination and we cannot be responsible for any delays in receipt.

Depending on your location or the number of items you purchase, sometimes standard postage is required to be used instead which can be a slower delivery time. However if this occurs then you will be notified.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after it has been submitted. Please make sure you check all the information carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know ASAP.

My order has already shipped, can I had the delivery address changed?
Shipping orders that are already on their way cannot be changed, so please make sure that you have the correct address in place before making your purchase.

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?

If you need to return an item or exchange it for a different design, just contact us and let us know the reason, and we’ll help right away. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
